Do I need a credit card to create an account?
No, you don't need a credit card to create a free account. Once you set up an account on the Dashboard, you'll be able to try it out under our Starter Plan with no commitment.
Do you have a free trial of KEYZY's features?
Yes, when you create a new KEYZY account, you’re instantly enrolled in our Starter Plan with up to 20 free software licenses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We do accept all major credit/debit cards for standard pricing plans through Stripe protecting your personal and payment information.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time via the Dashboard. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on next month's bill.
Can I cancel my plan?
If you no longer wish to use KEYZY, you may cancel at any time via the Dashboard.
What happens if I go over my plan’s limits?
If you reach either the License or SKU / Dealer / Product limits on your plan you'll need to upgrade your account via the Dashboard.
What if I need a custom plan?
We can customize any plan to help businesses of any size meet their needs. An additional $7 should be paid for each additional 1000 licenses within the Business Plan. For example, if you need 15.000 licenses, the monthly price is $134 ($99 + ($7 * 5)). Please contact us for Enterprise-Level Plans.
What levels of support are included?
In person setup and training in business hours, and documentation are offered to every user of KEYZY. Email support is available for all of our plans as well.
