We have been focused on making licensing operations smoother, faster, and more “hands-free.” This release brings three improvements to the WooCommerce plugin and the KEYZY dashboard.
1. KeyzyWc Plugin Updated (v1.4.2)
We have released a significant update to our WooCommerce plugin. Since v1.3.0, we’ve focused on performance and flexibility. Here is why you should update to v1.4.2 today:
Much Faster Load Times: In v1.4.0, we replaced multiple API calls with a single “batch request.” This means your customer’s “My Account” page now loads significantly faster.
Better Design & Customization: The download page is now cleaner. Activations are clearly grouped under their respective products, and we’ve added dedicated CSS classes. This makes it incredibly easy for you to style the license area to match your own website’s theme.
Bug Fixes: We fixed an issue where orders with a quantity greater than 1 were only showing a single license.
2. Introducing: Auto-License Generation
Running out of stock on a digital product should be a thing of the past. We know how frustrating it is to manually add licenses when sales are booming.
We’ve added a new “Auto-Refill” feature to your dashboard.
How it works: If the number of available licenses for an SKU drops below 50, the system will automatically generate and add 100 new licenses for you. This ensures your sales never stop due to empty stock.
Note: This feature is available for all license types except Dealer.
You can toggle this setting On/Off while editing any SKU in your dashboard.
3. A Small Touch: “Remember My Preference”
We believe small details make a big difference. Previously, when you changed the number of rows per page (e.g., showing 50 items instead of 10) on the Licenses or Activations pages, it would reset when you left the page.
Now, the dashboard remembers your preference. Whether you prefer seeing 25, 50, or 100 items at a time, your view stays exactly how you like it — even after you log out.
These changes are live now. Update your WooCommerce plugin to v1.4.2 and check the Auto-Refill toggle in your SKU settings.
