Zapier Integration
The KEYZY app on Zapier runs license actions when something happens in another app, such as a new order in your store. Each action calls the KEYZY REST API for you.
Connect your account
- Create an App Key with write permission in the Dashboard.
- In Zapier, add a KEYZY action to your Zap and connect a new account.
- Enter the App Id and Api Key of that App Key.
Use a separate App Key for Zapier, so you can turn it off without affecting your other integrations.

Field notes
- License Type: enter the type that matches the action:
perpetual,subscriptionortrial. For the delete actions it must match the license’s actual type; otherwise nothing is deleted. - Start and End are Unix timestamps in seconds. If your trigger app sends a date, convert it with Formatter by Zapier (Date / Time, Format, custom format
X). - Deleting a license also deletes its activations; devices using it stop validating. To free a seat only, delete the activation instead.
When to use Zapier
Zapier fits stores and payment tools that KEYZY does not integrate with directly, such as Shopify or Gumroad. For WooCommerce, use the KEYZY plugin instead.
